TAJPM ENTERPRISES INDIANA LLC
Terms and Conditions
These terms govern access to TAJPM Driver, TAJPM Connect and the related school transportation platform.
Effective and last updated: August 3, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and TAJPM ENTERPRISES INDIANA LLC ("TAJPM," "we," "us" or "our"). By creating or using an account, accessing TAJPM Driver or TAJPM Connect, or using the related website and services (together, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Additional transportation agreements between TAJPM, a school district, a family or a service provider may also apply. Those agreements govern the transportation relationship if they conflict with these general app Terms.
2. Purpose of the Services
TAJPM provides software for coordinating and documenting school transportation. Depending on your authorized role, the Services may show route assignments, passenger details, pickup and drop-off information, live vehicle progress, navigation, operational notifications, documents, reports and support communications.
The Services are operational tools. They are not an emergency service, public safety dispatch system or guarantee of a particular arrival time. Call 911 or the appropriate emergency service in an emergency.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate information, keep it current and use only the account and role assigned or authorized for you.
- You are responsible for protecting your password and device and for activity under your account. Notify TAJPM promptly of suspected misuse.
- You may not share credentials, impersonate another person, access a passenger or route without authorization, or bypass role restrictions.
- Driver and monitor access may depend on registration approval, eligibility, valid documents, district requirements and applicable transportation rules.
4. Responsibilities by role
Drivers must use TAJPM Driver lawfully and safely, confirm route and passenger information before departure, follow transportation and traffic requirements, and avoid interacting with a handheld device while driving except as lawfully permitted. Navigation instructions must never replace the driver's judgment, road signs, traffic laws or directions from public safety personnel.
Parents, guardians, monitors, district users and administrators must use passenger and route information only for authorized school transportation. They must keep contact, pickup and safety information accurate and report material errors through the available support or administrative channels.
5. Location, maps and route estimates
TAJPM Driver requires precise location during a driver-initiated active shift to support dispatch, safety, navigation and authorized live route tracking, including when the app is in the background. Location collection stops when the driver ends the shift. Drivers control the operating-system permission but may be unable to start a shift or route if required access is disabled.
Maps, speed limits, traffic conditions, route geometry and estimated arrival times may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate because of GPS, connectivity, device conditions or third-party map data. Users must treat them as operational estimates, not guarantees.
6. Passenger information and confidentiality
Passenger, family, route, school and location information is confidential and may concern minors. You may access and use it only as necessary for your authorized role. You may not disclose, copy, publish, sell, profile or use it for personal, advertising or unrelated purposes.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently or to endanger any person.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access to the Services or another user's data.
- Upload malicious code or content you do not have the right to provide.
- Falsify route, attendance, cancellation, location, document or safety information.
- Scrape, export or reuse personal information except as expressly authorized by TAJPM and applicable law.
8. Content, files and communications
You retain rights in information and files you lawfully provide. You give TAJPM permission to host, process, display and transmit them as necessary to operate the Services and provide transportation support. You represent that you are authorized to provide the information, including information about a passenger or vehicle.
Operational messages, email and push notifications may be delayed or not delivered. Users remain responsible for checking the Services and using established TAJPM or district communication channels when timely action is required.
9. Third-party services
The Services depend on third-party technologies for maps, navigation, uploads, email, notifications, hosting and app distribution. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply to their services. TAJPM is not responsible for third-party outages or information outside its reasonable control. Apple App Store and Google Play terms apply when you download an app through those stores.
10. Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, add, limit or discontinue features and may suspend access to protect users, comply with law or address security and operational concerns. We aim to keep the Services available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Suspension, termination and deletion
TAJPM may restrict or suspend an account for unauthorized use, expired or invalid eligibility, safety concerns, contractual requirements or a violation of these Terms. You may request account deletion from Account management in the app or from the public account deletion page. Deletion is subject to identity verification and limited lawful retention as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." TAJPM disclaims implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAJPM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the software, loss of connectivity, inaccurate map data or unauthorized use outside TAJPM's reasonable control. Transportation liability, if any, may be governed by a separate service agreement and applicable law.
13. Governing requirements and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and any mandatory law that applies to the user or Services. Disputes will be handled in a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction unless a separate written agreement or applicable law requires another process.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the Services or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Contact us with questions about these Terms.
